Hello,
Thank you for checking out my practice, I'm genuinely glad you've found your way here. If you're struggling with an eating disorder, know that you don't have to go it alone. I'm here to offer an understanding space where you can work towards the life you want and release what is holding you back. My approach blends empathy, evidence-based techniques, and personalized strategies to help you not just cope but thrive.

Philosophy and Values:
The society we live in today sends us constant messages of "not enough" and pressures us to meet unrealistic standards, making it easy to forget our own unique value and brilliance. My practice is rooted in compassion, empowerment and my strong belief that healing comes from reconnecting to our true values. This means rewriting your narrative and treating yourself and body like your own best friend.

What to Expect in Sessions:
In our sessions, you can expect a clinical space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. Together, we'll work towards goals you set and develop both insight and practical strategies to navigate challenges and enhance your overall well-being. You can expect to challenge old patterns of thinking and explore new perspectives.
